Campos Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated, driven, and proactive Family Law Attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for supporting clients through difficult divorce and child custody situations. Prior experience is not required; however, candidates with relevant experience will be strongly valued. Above all, we value empathy, dedication, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
-Develop effective legal strategies for case defense.
-Draft pleadings, motions, and essential legal documents.
-Advise clients on legal processes and expectations.
-Collaborate with the internal legal team to optimize processes.
-Stay updated on legal developments and precedents.
-Maintain organized case files and communicate effectively with clients, including Spanish-speaking clients.
Requirements:
-Admission to the state bar in Colorado and active legal license
-Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
-Ability to work independently and within a team.
-Proficiency in legal research tools and case management platforms like Clio.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a public defender or work in a government prosecutor’s office. (highly valued but not required).
Interest or knowledge in Family Law.
