This is a fully remote position open to attorneys licensed in Oregon, California, Oklahoma, or Texas.
Responsabilities:

- Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset Personal Injury, Criminal, Family or Immigration cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation, as applicable.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation.
Requirements:
- Active Bar License in Oregon, California, Oklahoma, or Texas.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
- Dedication to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality.
- No experience required.
- Spanish (Preferred).
License/Certification
- Active Bar License (Required)
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
